UTS Identity Fair 2024 – A journey of self-expression, creativity, and community connection
The Identity Fair is an annual event for UTS Secondary students, offering a space to showcase their abilities, commitment, and dedication through vibrant and engaging learning projects. UTS-ers also demonstrate their talents in music, singing, and poetry performances, all with the meaningful purpose of raising funds for charity. “This is an opportunity for students to apply creative thinking, explore and build their personal identity, create positive value, and contribute to the community. It is not only a chance for them to express themselves but also a chance to nurture essential skills needed to become global citizens,” shared by Ms. Viktoriia – an International Program teacher.

Exhibition of the “Digital Citizenship” Project by UTS-ers
In the Digital Age, UTS has integrated the Digital Citizenship Program into its International Curriculum to create a respectful, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 take part in lessons on three main topics: Digital Skills, Digital Technology, and Online Safety. This program helps the school community understand and use digital platforms responsibly. To show their commitment to a safe and healthy school environment, students came together to sign a large board in the main hall, promising to maintain a safe and positive school environment by following important online safety rules.

The “Young Artist” Competition | Capturing the beauty of Vietnamese culture
With the theme “Colors of Culture,” the young artists of UTS have created impressive artworks that showcase their national pride through images of the Lotus Flower, One Pillar Pagoda, and Ao Dai… Through social studies, history, geography, and literature lessons, students not only gain a deeper understanding of traditional cultural values but also express their personal perspectives through each brushstroke. At UTS, students experience an international education while simultaneously nurturing their appreciation for traditional values. This harmonious combination fosters intellectual, cognitive, and moral development, preparing them to become global citizens.
